When to Consume Rehydraid

Rehydraid can be consumed as required to combat dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Rehydraid can also be consumed to help manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, strenuous exercise, fever, excess alcohol consumption, or hot/dry climate exposure.

Is there sugar in Rehydraid?

Yes. Rehydraid has 1.6% glucose. Why? Glucose is an essential electrolyte. Glucose helps maintain proper brain function and it also gives your body the required energy to break down the rest of the electrolytes. We also use Sucralose in our product.

How many carbs are in Rehydraid?

Rehydraid has between 1.5 and 1.6 carbs per 100mL of product. (Approximately 1.6%)

Is Rehydraid safe for pregnancy and breast feeding mothers?

Rehydraid is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. it is often encouraged by doctors for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers to be taking an ORS product. Speak to your doctor for more information.

Is Rehydraid suitable for Children?

Rehydraid is safe for Children of all ages including those under 12 months old. Please refer to packaging for dosage instructions.

Yes. Yes it is.

Rehydraid is suitable for Vegetarians. Even our jelly is manufactured using Locust Bean Gum and Carrageenan meaning there are no animal products used to create the jelly.

Does Rehydraid contain artificial Sweeteners?

Rehydraid contains sucralose, a modified form of table sugar, which has an excellent safety profile. There are no known safety concerns with sucralose.
